jack: it's a certificate issued by a gover or a pany aowledging that money has beeo it and will be paid back with i. there are three kinds of bonds divided acc to the different issuers: gover bond, financial bond and corporate bond.

杰克：它是政府或公司发行的有息并偿还本金的债券。照发行主的不同可以分为以三：政府债券、金债券和公司债券。

史文：你能说得再详细吗？
